How can I be sure a direct deposit was posted to my account?
To confirm your direct deposit posted to your account, check your account transaction history by logging in to the Xpectations!® Plus app or PLScard.com.
From your account dashboard, click on "Debit account" to see your transaction history and any recent direct deposit activity.
You can also set up the “Direct deposit posted” notification from the app Menu or on PLScard.com and we’ll automatically notify you any time a direct deposit is received. Carrier message and data rates apply.
Note: Your payor will usually provide a payment stub or notice to let you know the amount of the payment deposited to your account. Xpectations! Plus has no additional information other than what is provided in your account.
