What happens if I use the wrong Account Number on the Direct Deposit Form?
Download the direct deposit form from the Xpectations! Plus app or PLScard.com.
If you use the wrong account number on your Direct Deposit form for your Xpectations! Plus Debit Card account, your direct deposit submission may be deposited into the wrong account. Contact your employer or benefits provider immediately to notify them of the incorrect account information. Your direct deposit may be delayed and you will need to resubmit a new direct deposit form with the accurate account information.
